Return Eligibility

We gladly accept return requests within 3 calendar days from the date of successful delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Be in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Be free from stains, perfume, odors, alterations, or any signs of use.

• Include all accessories, if provided with the product.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

• Products returned after the 3-day return period.

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

• Clearance, sale, or final-sale items unless the product is received damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team within 3 days of delivery.

Your request should include:

• Order Number

• Customer Name

• Reason for Return

• Clear photographs of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a thorough quality inspection upon arrival.

If the returned item satisfies our return conditions, your refund or exchange will be processed.

If the product does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may be returned to you without a refund.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and successfully inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges, handling charges, COD fees, gift wrapping charges, or other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incorrectly shipped product, Tiggle Wiggle will arrange or reimburse the return shipping, where applicable.

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused at the time of delivery or returned due to an incorrect shipping address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, any shipping or re-shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
