- Chest, waist, length and height measurements are published in the fit guide on every product page. These are reference measurements; actual fit varies slightly by design and fabric.

- Choose the larger size. Occasion dresses are worn for several hours and a marginally roomy fit is far more comfortable than a snug one.
- Are the dresses comfortable for a full day?
- Every dress is fully lined in soft cotton with a concealed back zip and an adjustable waist finish, so structure sits in the outer layers rather than against the child.
Delivery
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Enter your pincode on any product page for a live courier estimate to your address.
- Do you deliver across India?
- Yes. Delivery is available nationwide, with both prepaid and cash on delivery estimates shown at the pincode check.
- Is gift wrapping included?
- Yes — every order arrives in complimentary signature wrapping, inspected before dispatch.
Returns and exchanges
- What is the return policy?
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in original condition with tags attached.
- Can I exchange for a different size?

Care
- How should embellished dresses be washed?
- Hand wash separately in cold water without soaking, press water out between towels rather than wringing, and dry flat in shade. Steam on low from the reverse if pressing is needed.
- Can these dresses go in a washing machine?
- No. Machine agitation pulls stitched detailing and crushes tulle layers.
